What started Kwush Superlattes?

Kwush exists to boost people's vibrancy through incremental improvements in how they consume. Its founder, Tiega, started practicing yoga about 5 years ago and it transformed her life including how she consumes. Believing more in holistic nutrition and healing from within, Tiega started an explorative journey with Ayurveda (an age-old medicine system) and came across the concept of moon milks. After she tasted the delicious moon milk recipes and felt the benefits of Ashwagandha & other ingredients on her stress levels, sleep and performance. Tiega wanted to bring this to everyone. With so many benefits contained within these colourful lattes, swapping one of your coffees for a Kwush latte, will do the trick.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen herb. It is widely used in Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine originating in India. Ashwagandha has a long list of purported health benefits including stress reduction, anxiety management, improved sleep, immune support, anti-inflammatory, enhanced brain function, energy boost, hormone balance, antioxidant protection. Turmeric

Beyond its culinary uses, turmeric has a long history of being used for its potential health benefits. Some of its purported health benefits are it is anti-Inflammatory, protects our antioxidants from damage, may relieve pain, supports digestive health, supports brain and skin and heart health.

Blue Matcha

Blue matcha, also known as "butterfly pea flower tea" or "blue pea tea," is a vibrant blue powder or beverage made from the dried flowers of the Clitoria ternatea plant. Its purported health benefits are: Rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, boosts brain function, immunity support, aids digestion, relaxation.

Beetroot Powder

Beetroot is root vegetable known for its red purplish colour. Some of its purported health benefits are: support heart health, improved athletic performance, anti-inflammatory, rich in nutrients, supports brain health.

  • Add 1 tsp of Kwush Super Latte Powder

    Add 1 small tsp of flavour of your choice depending on how strong you like it!

  • Heat up your choice of milk and pour in

    Can use plant based milks such as oat (personal fav), soya, almond or cow's milk works too!

  • Add sweetener of choice and whisk or blend to perfection

    Honey is the best but you can use any sweetener (or none) that you like. Then whisk/blend and decode as you like! Sip and enjoy.
